ITBridge: A Bridge Between Ukrainian and European IT Clusters
Today, information technology is the backbone of the international economy and cooperation. That’s why global IT initiatives are so vital — especially for Ukraine, a country rapidly advancing in this sector and aiming to access international markets as quickly as possible. ITBridge is more than just a project; it is a gateway for seamless collaboration between Ukrainian and European digital ecosystems. It is a bridge that connects and opens new horizons for innovation and growth.
What is ITBridge?
ITBridge is an international platform that unites five leading IT clusters from Ukraine and the EU. On the Ukrainian side, it includes Dnipro IT Community, Kharkiv IT Cluster, and Odesa IT Family. From the EU side, the partners are Transilvania IT Cluster (Romania) and Cluster Digital de Catalunya (Spain).
The goal of the project is to build and strengthen long-term business relationships, facilitate the entry of Ukrainian IT companies into European markets, and support digital transformation both within the European Union and in Ukraine.
Why this project matters: Building connections for a digital future
The core mission of ITBridge is to create an environment where innovation can thrive and businesses can scale effectively. The project aims to help Ukrainian companies grow in a structured way while gaining new expertise.
ITBridge also serves as a launching pad for Ukrainian companies to enter the EU’s digital space—opening up new markets, adapting to European standards, and forming strategic partnerships.
In total, the project brings together over 400 small and medium-sized enterprises, offering incredible opportunities for Ukrainian businesses.

Project Implementation Timeline
The ITBridge project will be carried out in three phases:
- 2025 – Official project launch and onboarding of all key stakeholders.
- 2025–2027 – Active phase: includes workshops, business development events, market research, and trend analysis.
- 2027 – Final phase: establishing long-term partnerships and formalizing collaboration structures.
Expected Outcomes
ITBridge is essential for reshaping approaches, mindsets, and openness to collaboration. Through this project, Ukrainian companies will better understand the demands of the European market, align with them, and become competitive over time. This will support the alignment of digital strategies across regions and enhance Ukraine’s visibility in the digital arena.
