ITBridge Go-To-Market Bootcamp Workshop #3: Lead generation at international B2B events and brokerage sessions

As part of the ITBridge project, we invite you to the third Go-To-Market Bootcamp workshop, dedicated to effective preparation for European B2B events. We will take a deep dive into methods for maximizing your business visibility and strategies for successfully converting contacts into qualified leads.

Program for the intensive online meeting
During this two-hour session, we will explore the full cycle of preparing for and participating in international events, focusing on the following core areas:
- Pre-event preparation: a framework for defining strategic goals, crafting a compelling pitch, and preparing supporting marketing materials.
- Visibility & Lead Generation: effective tools to draw attention to your company profile or exhibition booth.
- EU Trade Fairs & Brokerage Events: analyzing European events (how to choose the right ones and where to go) and the specifics of succeeding in brokerage sessions.
- Follow-up strategy: professional post-event communication techniques to ensure no potential leads are lost.
Expert speaker support
Silvana Sanfeliu Giaimo, Head of EU Projects & Internationalisation at Fondazione Piemonte Innova (Italy), will share her experience and practical advice with the participants. Silvana specializes in supporting technology companies and startups during their entry into European markets, helping them implement innovations and find reliable partners through global networking networks.

Participation benefits and ITBridge certification
This session is the third module of the eight planned Go-To-Market Bootcamp workshops under the ITBridge initiative. Participation is open and free of charge for all interested parties.
Furthermore, companies that attend at least 60% of the program (a minimum of 5 out of 8 workshops) will receive an official certificate. This serves as a strong validation of your systematic preparation for business scaling within the European Union market.
