Cluster Management Excellence: workshop #4 on implementing innovation and technological transformation
We invite representatives of the technology sector to join the final meeting within the free expert series “Cluster Management Excellence.” This program was created specifically to strengthen interaction between European and Ukrainian clusters, and the fourth workshop is dedicated to the most relevant topic — innovation management.
The final session of the course will focus on the practical aspects of integrating the latest technologies into business processes and digital development strategies for communities.

Key topics and practical value of the workshop
During the two-hour meeting, participants will gain applied knowledge on how to make innovation part of a cluster’s daily activities. The main focus will be on the following issues:
- Stimulating internal innovation: effective methods for activating development within clusters and among member companies.
- Tech stack analysis: how to timely identify promising technologies that will become decisive for your sector.
- Supporting digital transformation: the role of the cluster in helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) during the implementation of new solutions.
Expert experience of the speaker: Antonio Novo
The main speaker of the event will be Antonio Novo — one of the leading architects of cluster policy in Europe. His professional background includes:
- Position as President of the European Cluster Alliance (ECA), which unites over 1,000 professional communities.
- Work as Managing Director of Cluster IDiA (a consortium of 81 organizations in the field of digital innovation).
- Expert activities in European Commission groups on Industry 5.0 and the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) network.
Certification program for participants
We remind you that this workshop is the final one in the cycle. Participants who have attended at least 3 out of 4 course modules will receive an official certificate of program completion, confirming competencies in the field of cluster management.
