CFO Meeting of IT Dnipro Community: How Transformation Changed the Business Model and Finances of the Company

On Thursday, we held a workshop titled «From Manufacturing to IT: How Transformation Changed the Business Model and Finances of the Company» for the CFO community of IT Dnipro Community!

Participants had the unique opportunity to hear real practical cases from Viacheslav’s 18 years of experience at ITIP and over 250 successful projects, alongside other CFOs and C-level managers. It was a session where they could learn firsthand how to build financial processes and scale a business during the transition from manufacturing to IT.

Speaker — Viacheslav Durban, CFO of the Ukrainian company ITIP, finance practitioner, MBAF program graduate of KMBS, and author of questions for the «Club 1%» show. He built the company’s financial systems from scratch, automated 70% of processes, and reduced the department’s costs by 40%.

During the meeting, participants learned:
