Deloitte Tax and Legal Voices: International Tax Structures for IT Business
How can an IT company understand when it needs an international structure? How do you choose the right jurisdiction? And how can you avoid mistakes that may cost the business money, time, and reputation?
Deloitte — an international company and one of the “Big 4” audit and consulting firms — held a workshop for IT Dnipro Community and CFO Club ITDC members on international structuring for IT business.
During the session, we discussed international structures as a tool for working with investors and banks, protecting IP, entering new markets, and managing risks. Together with Deloitte Ukraine experts, participants explored when such a structure is truly needed, how to choose a jurisdiction, and what else should be considered at the planning stage
We thank the speakers — Maksym Zaichenko, Oleksandr Biriukov, and Yehor Lebediev — for their expertise, clear explanations, and practical perspective on international structuring for IT business, as well as moderator Olha Cherepynska for keeping the focus on the questions that truly matter to IT companies.
Special thanks to all participants for their activity, questions, and engagement
