The educational initiative for IT managers is back with new opportunities!

IT Dnipro Community, in collaboration with our partners APT, continues to support the development of the country’s managerial capital. With this goal in mind, we are excited to announce the new workshop «Current Trends in Leadership Development and Training».

At the event, the APT team will share the results of their own research and present the launch of two training programs for IT company managers:

• «Manager Mastery» — a program that has already become iconic in previous initiatives.
• «People Management» — a new level-up initiative for experienced leaders.

🎯 Our goal is to provide participants with over 50 practical tools and strategies for personnel management and leadership that work in the real conditions of modern business.

Both tracks are built on microlearning principles and include active work with instructors, allowing knowledge to be reinforced through practice. You can choose the one that is most relevant to you and effectively address your current challenges.
