Workshop: CRS Reporting and Open Banking — How IT Businesses Adapt to Financial Transparency
CRS reporting, tax residency, bank inquiries, financial data transmission, and Open Banking — these topics are already shaping a new financial reality for businesses and banking clients.
CRS (Common Reporting Standard) is an international standard for the exchange of financial account information between countries to ensure transparency and tax control.
While these processes are already in effect, many practical questions remain:
- Why does the bank request information about tax residency?
- What data can be shared under the CRS?
- Who will have access to financial information through Open Banking?
- How can you control access to your data?
That is why CFO Club ITDC, in partnership with UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, is hosting an open online workshop on CRS Reporting and Open Banking.
During the session, we will cover:
- What CRS is in simple terms and whom it affects;
- What data can be transmitted and to whom;
- Why banks request information regarding tax residency;
- Consequences for the client if information is not provided;
- What Open Banking is and how it will transform financial management;
- Who can access client data and under what conditions;
- How consent, access control, and revocation of permissions work;
- Practical cases and answers to participants’ questions.
